CRISIS Properties LLC is a founder-led Community Needs Development company working across real estate development, construction management, infrastructure, economic development, and community-serving projects.
Founded in 2020 by Constance Talley, CRISIS combines construction-field understanding, administrative and operational experience, development strategy, and partnership-based execution.
Our work starts by identifying what a community needs, then evaluate whether land, zoning, infrastructure, market demand, project economics, partnerships, and capital can support a viable development solution.
